Conceived around a guest, not a template
The development has been conceived around the needs of a clearly defined, underserved guest: patients, families and medical professionals requiring flexible, high-quality accommodation for stays from a few days to three months. This is not a repurposed hotel - it has been meticulously designed from the ground up, with guest experience front of mind at every step of the way.
Every design decision, from the private kitchenettes and cooking facilities to the walk-in showers, smart TV hotel interface, air conditioning, high-speed WiFi, lift access to all floors and 24/7 guest support, reflects a deep understanding of what longer-stay guests actually need.
The building itself makes a statement. Sola Suites’ striking contemporary architecture sets it apart from the surrounding streetscape, creating something genuinely distinctive to come home to - whilst inside, every apartment delivers the warmth, comfort and familiarity of a well-appointed home.

Arrival is effortless: self-managed check-in, keyless smart entry, no queues and no front desk. The entire experience, from arrival to departure, designed to be simple and stress-free.
Owned and operated by the same team - no franchises, no outsourced management. We control every aspect of the guest experience, and it shows.
